Contract Award Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:
• Bidders may select to provide pricing for one, several, or all of the items on the list in the Financial Offer section; however, only those vendors able to provide the quantity needed and meet the delivery schedule requirements for each item they bid on will be considered “qualified”.
• Separate quotations are required for each item and must be quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
• Lowest Price Technically Acceptable
• Ability to deliver all goods by the specified required date. All bids must clearly indicate delivery lead times.
• Past Performance will be an advantage
• Sample which meets required specifications of each item included in the financial offer
• Delivery to Abt Associates / ZAPIM II Project at Suite 1 & 2 House East, Westgate Complex, Harare, Zimbabwe Att: Moltone Mazango
Supporting Documents to Proposal (Can be photocopies): Bidders shall include the following documentation in the proposal submission:
1. Cover Letter
2. Detailed Cost Proposal
3. Timeframe for delivery
4. Vendor Information (Business License, Company registration certificate, Tax Clearance certificate and sample of invoice)
5. Vendor’s Bank Account (Nostro)

Proposal Validity Valid for 30 days from Official Submission

TERMS OF REFERENCE:
Abt Associates seeks proposals for supply of refreshments as specified in the table below.
Delivery Points:Mbire, Mt Darwin & Rushinga Chimanimani, Chipinge, Mutare, Mutasa & Nyanga Mudzi, Mutoko & UMP: Mashonaland Central Manicaland Mashonaland East

Abt intends to issue one (1) or multiple fixed price purchase order contract(s) as a result of this RFQ, which will be issued to the bidder(s) determined technically acceptable, according to the planned technical requirements, quality, price and timeliness as determined by Abt Associates.
Technical Requirements:
To be determined technically acceptable, the winning proposal will include the following criteria:
1. Proof of Business License.
2. Official company name, address, phone number, Tax Clearance certificate, copy of the registration / business incorporation and authorized signature.
3. Detailed cost proposal including per-unit cost per equipment, number of equipment, and total cost. Financial Offer must clearly indicate detailed unit price, VAT, and total price quoted separately in United States Dollars.
Selected Vendor must be able to provide 100% of the total order for each item described above by the agreed delivery date.
Before the award, selected vendor(s) must:
1. Provide a sample with correct specifications for Abt’s approval before payment.
2. Demonstrate the financial capacity to fund this operation.
3. Provide Nostro bank account information for payment
Notes:
• Bidders may elect to submit a proposal for one, several, or all of the items detailed in this RFQ in their Financial Offer section; however, only those vendors able to meet the minimum quantity and delivery schedule requirements shall be considered.
